“Live” Blogging the MO County Caucuses

Hello readers.

I’ll be at MO county caucuses tomorrow. Depending on timing and internet connectivity, I’ll be either live commenting or writing a follow-up later that afternoon.

Missouri has county caucuses to choose congressional convention delegates (who will nominate 3 national delegates directly later this month) as well as state delegates. Due to the fact that I live in one of the most populous county in this state, our caucuses are divided by “township” (which is a subdivision of counties that cross incorporated city boundaries randomly.)

I’ll be mentioning if there’s any activity from any campaigns or anything newsworthy to report. My township trends left so I expect low turn out. But since this caucus will also send someone who gets to directly influence 3 of the delegates to the national convention it’s pretty important.
