The Morning Report 2/4/20

Good morning kids. There are individuals who come around once in a lifetime, if we’re extremely lucky, that have such a profound and positive impact that imagining the world without them is almost inconceivable. Yet the prospect of Rush Limbaugh silenced forever now looms large as yesterday he announced at the end of his program that he has advanced stage lung cancer. 

While he’s still alive and kicking, he’ll no doubt continue as best he can under the circumstances, and that’s always going to be a tremendous blessing and gift. Whatever fate has in store for him, and he reaches the point where he can no longer go on, it’s up to us to keep on keeping on. That was and is his mission and purpose – “pointing the way” – and he’s succeeded in ways that I don’t even think he quite realizes. He’s opened a lot of eyes and a lot of minds to the forces of darkness intent on taking us down. The big mistake his detractors make is claiming he’s some sort of Pied Piper, telling the ignorant masses what to think. Just the opposite; he just tells you the things that you’re already thinking or suspect, while doing so with wit, grace, humor and in a manner that never condescends but uplifts. 

I’m doing my damnedest not to speak of him as if he’s already dead because we sure as hell need him “now more than ever.” G-d be with Rush Limbaugh, now and always.

SHAM-PEACHMENT FOLLIES

Well the penultimate day of the sham-peachment fiasco saw the closing arguments from both the House persecutors and Trump’s defense team. As expected the latter laid out the facts in impeccable, precise fashion while the former, after touching bottom on the Marianas Trench have called up to the surface for picks and shovels. 

Despite the shrieks of outrage about the “whistleblower” Val Demings proclaims that Eric Ciaramella’s identity is “irrelevant.” Except for the fact that he more than likely had the help of Schiff-for-Brains in concocting this entire sham-peachment in the first place. Then there was the other back-bencher Jason Crow who invoked the wisdom of Harry Potter to try and make the case. Yet the booby prize has got to go to Schiff-for-Brains himself for stating, get this, if Trump is acquitted, he’ll give Alaska back to Russia. No doubt that that truly idiotic outburst has got to be some juvenile, desperate attempt to somehow sway Lisa Murkowski. Not sure if he realizes it but Murkowski is a Slavic name. Hmm… 

In any case, Joe’s Man-Chin now wants his fellow Dems and RINOs to drop the whole thing and jus vote to censure the President. Um, for what exactly? That right there is a signal that he and perhaps a couple of other Dems are signaling that they are going to either vote to acquit or vote “present.” I could give a damn what Pee-Air Defecto or the Maine Pain do; that would be a disaster for Pelosi, Schumer and the Democrats.

Well, the State of the Union address is tonight, and tomorrow President Trump will be acquitted. As we get set for a whole lot of fireworks in Congress tonight, I’ll leave you with an essay of where some of the most egregious and impeachable, if not outright dictionary-definition treasonous acts, really lie.

POLITICS, 2020 ELECTION

The big story this morning is the Democrat Iowa caucuses are a complete clusterfuck of titanic proportions. Some sort of a computer glitch is supposedly responsible for no results being reported. Charges and conspiracy theories are already flying, and in the wake of the Des Moines register quashing a poll that showed Bernie and the Marxists surging, it doesn’t exactly inspire confidence. Team Sandersnista is claiming victory as is Mayor Buttplug’s boosters, but Biden spokes-idiot Chris Dodd is calling foul, more than likely because the guy he works for is tanking. Meanwhile, Jeopardy! whiz Wolf Blitzer might have done some damage by keeping an important precinct captain on hold for over and hour and thereby delayed reporting. Even noted commie Van Jones is calling this a “debacle” for the Dems and Team Trump concurs. Looks like we may not get the results until after the New Hampshire primary next Tuesday. How convenient; Mikey Lo-Lo has the trunk of Al Franken’s Buick Le Sabre all cleaned out and primed for action.

Elsewhere, John Kerry deletes a profanity-laced Tweet storm about alleged plans to sabotage Bernie, as the commie makes gains in New Hampshire the Dem establishment is in panic mode with Palsi Pelosi warning about going to far left, at least openly admitting that that’s what they want to do as Toothy McBigTits warns the establishment if they sabotage Bernie, Byron York high on PDT taking Iowa in the general, Gretchen Whitmer gets the dubious honor of delivering the Dem SOTU response, Joe Biden goes from groping and hair-sniffing to slipping the tongue to his granddaughter, Peter Puffer ain’t no moderate, journalist takes the political temperature of the heartland, Go-Go Gohmert rips Pee-Air Defecto, Elizabeth Wan supporter blames candidate’s failure on sexism, perhaps those fleeing California aren’t bringing Leftist political baggage with them, Conrad Black predicts the Dems will get wiped out next November, in praise of Cocaine Mitch and the GOP growing a spine for once, and they hate us, they really, really hate us.
