The Morning Report 10/7/20

Good morning, kids. Wednesday and as the election draws nearer, the political and societal shit-storm grows that much more intense. There are several things happening, and each is worthy enough in its own right to be in the lead. As is almost always the case these days, there are parallels to many of the items as I’m sure you’ll see, unless you’ve got your face locked into the back of a tweener’s neck like a certain Democrat presidential candidate. But let’s start with the persecution of the McCloskeys and go from there.

Mark and Patricia McCloskey, who were no doubt terrified as a roving gang of thugs pimped by the Democrat-Media Complex as the children of Mahatma Ghandi literally crashed the gates of their private community looking to sing “Kumbaya” by the soft glow of firelight – i.e. their house burning – had the presence of mind to draw their weapons on the little darlings and induce them to de-ass from their property with the quickness. No shots were fired. No one was physically harmed. The weapons were legally possessed by the McCloskeys and were used exactly as intended, and as laid out in the Constitution of the United States of America. 

And therein lies the problem. We now live in a nation where the Constitution is administered by people who, despite swearing an oath to preserve, protect and defend it, are in fact dedicated to a political cause whose main aim is that document’s destruction. Bit of pickle, wouldn’t you say?

The charges related to an incident that occurred in June, when hundreds of Black Lives Matter protesters marched onto a private street the McCloskeys live on. The McCloskeys went outside to confront the protesters. Mark McCloskey had an AR-15 rifle, while Patricia McCloskey had a semiautomatic pistol.

The couple contends that protesters broke through an iron gate, ignored a “No Trespassing” sign, and screamed threats of arson and rape at them, while protest leaders say that the march was peaceful and no threats were made.

Nine of the protesters were cited for trespassing a few weeks back, but the prosecutor dropped those charges despite the fact that video evidence clearly placed the protesters on private property.

The McCloskeys’ attorney, Al Watkins, minced no words in his reaction to the indictment.

“This is b—–t,” Watkins told Fox News. “Hate to say it, but the state has a lot of problems with this one. And they transcend not just the evidence, but they actually are remarkably problematic from the standpoint of prosecutorial misconduct”…

There may be no clearer case of partisan prosecution in the United States at the moment. The Missouri castle law is clear. The riots had already turned deadly by the date of the incident, which occurred on their private property. Just a few blocks away from where this incident happened, a protest flashed into a rioting mob that murdered retired police captain David Dorn. The McCloskeys had reason to fear for their lives that day. On the flip side, the protesters were clearly on private property they had no right to be on. Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner, a Soros-funded Democrat, has dropped the charges against the nine protesters who were cited for trespassing while pursuing charges against the McCloskeys.

As I will say unto my dying breath, we cannot win a political and/or legal battle against an enemy that alternately uses our laws and traditions as both a shield and a cudgel. With my penultimate breath, how is it that George Soros is not dangling from the wrong end of a rope either in Hungary or Malaysia and his assets seized, the bulk of which are being used to fuel the slow poison of anti-American propaganda in our schools, psycho Marxist radicals in crucial law enforcement and political offices, as well as armed insurrection in our streets. And not just Soros; there are scores of others like him with deep pockets fueling our destruction as well who need to be eradicated, rhetorically speaking of course (nudge-nudge wink-wink).

But as the saying goes, the fish stinks from the head. With the revelations coming from John Ratcliffe the DNI that the key co-conspirators in the Russia Collusion hoax not only knew it was a lie, that Obama knew it was a lie but that Hillary Clinton cooked up the lie and that all of them approved of it. And here we are, four years later, with dictionary definition traitors like Andrew McCabe, Lisa Page and Peter Strzok, along with Brennan, Clapper and Comey, celebrated and feted in the halls of power and the media (vomit) while decent, innocent people such as Mike Flynn, Paul Manafort, Carter Page, George Papadopoulos and others are having their lives ruined by judicial persecution. 

And this Gina Haspel cancer is digging in the heels on her Sensible Shoes to protect the traitors. Thankfully, the President has evidently had enough.

“I have fully authorized the total Declassification of any & all documents pertaining to the single greatest political CRIME in American History, the Russia Hoax. Likewise, the Hillary Clinton Email Scandal. No redactions!” Trump tweeted.

Trump’s tweet was in response to a tweet by RealClearInvestigations journalist Paul Sperry, who had tweeted earlier: “When all the documents are finally declassified, and all the redactions removed from reports, the nation will see that the FBI and CIA not only knew the Russia ‘collusion’ allegations against Trump were a political dirty trick, but that they were in on the trick.”

If you want to understand how Kim Gardner got to be a district attorney, look no further than how a man who voted for the Communist Party USA in 1980 not only got a job at the CIA but became the big cheese. Here’s a thought, Mr. President; fire Gina Haspel and appoint Mike Flynn to replace her and charge him with the mission of dismantling the CIA.

On a final note, is it just me or is Mitchell Obama an utterly horrid example of humanity? Where else can a less than stellar student get into Princeton, wind up with a no-show patronage job paying $300,000 a year kicking poor ghetto people out of emergency rooms wind up as the First Lady(boy) of the United States, and then after 8 years suffering the indignity of multiple multi-million dollar junkets flying around the world to trash the land of her birth wind up a media mogul producing kiddie porn “dolled up” as art? Yup. America sucks. Oh the humanity…
