The Morning Report 11/16/20

Good morning, kids. Monday and another week of limbo and uncertainty is upon us as the fate of the nation hangs in the balance. Saturday saw a massive pro-Trump “Million MAGA March” with tens of thousands of attendees flooding into DC, as well as smaller rallies elsewhere in the nation, including Milwaukee, one of the epicenters of the 6-state election theft. Naturally, the health department had to shut that one down because, virus! Back in DC, once again decent people got beaten up by the Enemy’s Antifa/BLM goon squads while the police evidently let it happen, all because they had the gall to rise up in support of a president who represents them, literally and figuratively.

On the legal front, as Team Trump is doing whatever it can in the way of recounts and audits, the Enemy is now threatening those who would aid his cause. Evidently a second high-powered law firm has backed out of representing Trump’s case in Pennsylvania. Over in Georgia, Brian Kemp and the GOP there are letting the Dems walk all over them in that state’s recount, while the runoff election for the two Senate seats – no doubt in my mind stolen along with the President’s electoral votes – ramps up. Fat fraud Tank Abrams is pimping mail-in ballots, and according to her about 600,000 have been sent out. To allow this insanity to happen yet again is just inexcusable. But I guess the Democrats run the show in that state so you’re never going to beat the house. Feh.

Elsewhere, Sidney Powell is crowing about “releasing the Kraken” of smoking gun evidence that will vindicate the President and restore him his victory. It’s all well and good and obviously, it’s better that you have what you feel is a slam-dunk case to present in court. But in this case, what is the nature of those who are sitting in judgement of this case? We are talking about judges up to and including the Supreme Court of the United States, as well as the members of the six state legislatures in question. There is absolutely no doubt in my mind that the fraud was massive and coordinated, but when it failed to deliver by 9:00PM on election night, the order was given to sabotage the ballot boxes in six states, knowing full well that the media would provide air cover while more importantly, gambling that the aforementioned SCOTUS and state legislatures would never have the moral fiber or backbone to put things right. If history tells us anything, that gambit was not necessarily a foolish one, at least insofar as this election is concerned.

Honestly, I have no idea what the final outcome is going to be with this. My mood is swinging so wildly that I should look into getting a tank of lithium. If the nightmare scenario does come to pass, even with the incredible gains in the House or if the Enemy fail to rig and steal the two runoff Senate elections in Georgia, we face dictatorial decrees from whoever is controlling the Executive Branch and packed court or not, no one is going to stop them. Now we have these calls for unity, which is the moral equivalent of being forced to sing “Kumbaya” at gunpoint before we all get shot into a ditch.

Political unity is an ugly, authoritarian idea. No free nation has domestic political unity, nor should it aspire to it.

What “unity” really means is capitulation. America is once again being subjected to the inane brand of pseudo-patriotic sloganeering we saw during President Barack Obama’s tenure. Now, as then, the media will pretend that the moral fabric of the nation must be mended after GOP rule. It’s pretty transparent.

When Dems win the presidency, we are treated to solemn calls for national restoration; the opposition must embrace decorum and pass legislation it opposes. When Republicans win elections, grown women put on knitted hats depicting their reproductive organs and stomp around DC protesting, all to media adulation…

…We do that sort of thing in Washington. The liberal pivot from #Resistance to “unity” is as swift as it is dishonest. After four years of treating every unexceptional conservative policy victory as one of the Seven Seals of the Apocalypse, Washington Post columnists are already dusting off their columns about “obstructionism” and “minority rule.” After years of blanket opposition to Trump, we are being told that Joe Biden has a national “mandate.”

He does not. G-d willing, Washington is headed for more “gridlock” — a completely healthy, organic reflection of the geographical, ideological and theological differences of real people in contemporary America. Congress makes laws, and right now, that institution is narrowly divided and unlikely to be able to come together on any of the big-ticket items Biden promised. This is why federalism exists.

Unity is found in comity with your neighbors, in your churches and schools, in your everyday interactions with your community. Politics is not a place for unity. It is a place for airing grievances. And we’ve got plenty.

Already, the knives are out for voices of dissent as we have seen with not only those protesting this “putsch” but on social(ist) media and the internet. The latest is WordPress has terminated its hosting agreement for Conservative Treehouse. With Rump Roast Clyburn or something similar running the FCC, I don’t even want to think about what will happen to the HQ. Or talk radio. A Biden flunky is already spouting garbage about the First Amendment being antiquated or some such rot. The only thing that gives me hope is President Trump awakened a lot of people to the wolf that is at our throat. Nearly 74 million people voted for him and what he represents. In total, I think perhaps two to two and a half times as many people stand with him and with us. And while Wretched Whitmer in Michigan has declared the state will once again be imprisoned on the pretext of the Chinese Lung AIDS, Dr. Scott Atlas had the 100% correct response:

“The only way this stops is if people rise up. You get what you accept. #FreedomMatters #StepUp”

That has got to be the battle cry going forward. I hope and pray that Trump’s victory is restored to him and we the people, whether via SCOTUS, the state legislatures or if it has to come down to it, the House. Obviously, the Enemy will not accept that. But if the reverse happens we cannot accept that. We have been forced by the Enemy down a dark path that started decades ago. I am not a deeply religious person but I am praying for some sort of Divine guidance as an individual but also as a nation. We sure could use a miracle right about now.
