The Morning Report 4/5/21

Good morning, kids. The regular editorial accompanying the links is pre-empted this morning due to serious technical difficulties. Will try to post something a bit later today or perhaps CBD will be around to post his rant or other essay that is as always salient, topical and thought provoking.
