Tuesday and so Whoopi Goldberg, nee Caryn Johnson, has been forced to apologize for stating that the Shoah, the systematic annihilation of Europe’s Jews because of the crackpot racial theories of Adolf Hitler and much of Germany, which was in fact Hitler’s casus belli, was not because of race.
Where to even fucking begin? Why am I raising my blood pressure over this filthy ignoramus whose volume is in inverse proportion to her intellect? Ditto the other filthy ignoramuses seated with her; and what the hell does that say for the idiots who queue up outside the studio to act as clapping seals when the “Applause” lamp is lit? Whoopi Goldberg is not the disease. Whoopi Goldberg (who’s choice of that as a stage name is a tell) is merely a symptom.
Whoopi’s antisemitism, though, was open and obvious. She said explicitly that the Holocaust wasn’t about race saying, instead, “This is White people doing it to White people” and “It’s not about race…. It’s about man’s inhumanity to man…. These are two groups of White people….”
. . . this is part of a leftist practice of “de-Judaizing” the Holocaust. If you go to the Anne Frank House in Amsterdam, you will discover that the tour feeds into a room that manages to blend the Holocaust, a unique evil in history, into just a general display showing how people are mean to each other. In the same way, the Anne Frank Center for Mutual Respect in New York has become an all-purpose “people are mean” place . . .
. . . part of a pattern that sees radicalized Blacks dismiss the Holocaust because it competes with their slavery narrative. For them, acknowledging the Holocaust’s unique place in modern Western history diminishes slavery’s evils. This ignores that, while Blacks were terribly and immorally abused in an institution as old as mankind, they were not liquidated with the goal of erasing them from the Earth.

It is a tragic irony of history that had the Soviet-backed counter culture of the late 50s into the 60s not gained a foothold and then exploded via LBJ’s War on Poverty/Great Society, American blacks would have “overcome” both racism and poverty on their own, entered the middle class, left the Democrat-run inner city slums (and the Democrat Party) and become fully integrated as American-Americans. And as was the case with poor whites, be they American born or immigrants, much of the racism and anti-semitism that came both from poverty and ignorance that had their roots in the old country, would have died off in the black community as well, or reached levels of virtual insignificance as is the case with the majority of white Americans today.
But as we all know, that’s not what happened. We’re just about 60 years from the passage of those twin disasters. That leaves about another 140 to go since LBJ predicted that with both those programs “the Ni–ers will be voting for us for 200 years!” The fact that it is taboo to write out that word even when using it clinically says more about the situation we are in as a society (and it ain’t “Great”) than perhaps my entire disquisition. But I digress.
If you look at the crime statistics going back decades, especially in the period starting with Obama, the vast majority of crimes committed against Jews have been perpetrated by blacks and now, thanks to Dubya, Obama and soon Joey Soft-Serve, a growing number by Muslims. And yet, if you got your news from the usual suspects you’d think that there is a massive white nationalist movement that is preying on young black males and killing them by the tens of thousands. In fact most blacks, male or female, are almost entirely victims at the hands of other blacks. But that’s the terrible secret that’s really not so secret, is it?
Truth of the matter is, there’s very little difference in the mindset of the thugs that murdered Yankel Rosenbaum in the 1991 Crown Heights Pogrom than in the fiend who egged them on to do it, Al Sharpton. Nor Whoopi Rape-Rape. And it’s all because the Democrats and Anti-American Left crave power by any and every means necessary, including the age old strategy of divide and conquer. Whoopi is an unreconstructed pig-ignorant stooge just as much as the homies who play the knockout game. It’s just that she’s got a TV show and makes millions of dollars.
So, because blacks were kept down, they never got over the old-world prejudices that economic advancement and eduction eventually over time erases from memory. The irony is that far too many American Jews, having lived prosperous lives and valuing eduction, somehow became some of the most rabid, self-hating apostates.
The Anti-Defamation League (ADL), an organization that claims to have a non-partisan agenda against hatred and discrimination but is actually a partisan, far-left outfit that regularly smears conservatives, changed its definition of “racism” in 2020 to exclude white people.
The update borrows the language of critical race theory, suggesting that only “people of color” can be victims of racism, and that a system that prioritizes people who aren’t white is not racist.
On that cheerful note, happy Black History Month. Which, like the “two weeks to flatten the curve” will go on forever. For obvious reasons.
