Cold comfort considering the billions that the Iranians and their de-facto front line troops of Hamas and Hezbollah and whatever else have already received from Obama/Biden during their first two terms in office. Money that without any shadow of a doubt financed this mass barbaric slaughter of upwards of 1,200 people. They are not to be applauded. They are to be excoriated because they are up to their necks in the blood of the victims.
And now, two US carriers are positioned in the Med and in the Gulf ostensibly to check any potential moves either by Iran or their operatives in Lebanon and Syria when Israel rolls into, and please God rolls over Gaza, Rachel-Corrie-pancake-breakfasting everything that moves on two feet and ploughing it under. Hopefully, whoever the transexual admiral-du-jour is doesn’t get his junk caught up in his pregnancy flight suit and trip on his stiletto pumps that sinks the Gerald R. Ford like Chevy Chase doing a pratfall.
Sadly, freeing hostages has to be a secondary consideration for the IDF. Many are probably dead already or, given the nature of who and what their captors are, are praying for death. Not so sadly, “innocent” Gazans should be given zero consideration. Unlike the sub-human demons that caused all this, Israeli soldiers, despite their righteous rage, won’t be laughing when they pull the trigger on armed beasts.
Closer to home, you will recall the roughly two-week period after the attacks on 9/11/01 where we experienced what turned out to be an illusion of national unity. Then, the toxic mix of feckless, useless internationalist Foggy Bottom claptrap made Dubya declare that Islam was a religion of peace, while the usual suspects on the Democrat-Left embraced the bilge that Obama’s confessor, the apostate priest Jeremiah Wright spewed about how “America’s chickens have come home to roost,” and worse, how the Israelis and the CIA were behind the attacks.
Here we are, 22 years later and the shock of seeing beheaded infants, the elderly tortured and slowly executed on social media, women raped, dead bodies desecrated and people being burned alive, perhaps has made many who had been, if not anti-Semitic, then duped by the constant stream of BDS propaganda into Israel-hatred has seemingly been a punch in the gut to a lot of these folks. Many hardcore libs/lefties are in fact unequivocally denouncing the terrorism against the Jews for what it is.
The big question is, just like the aftermath of 9/11, will it last? Are eyes being opened and consciences lifted or is it just preemptive PR maneuvering? I have to say, Anthony Blinken weeping at the footage of burned and beheaded babies makes me think of Titty Caca Ocasio-Cortez crying in front of a chainlink fence and look for the bottle of glycerine tears. As for the likes of LeBron James and Natalie Portman (who I believe is Israeli by birth or parentage), we shall see.
I believe that one of the biggest obstacles people face is to admit to themselves they’re wrong. Not necessarily on trivial things, although I do admit to being a stubborn mule, but on major things. In this case, something that goes to the core of their identity: a political worldview. Despite mountains of evidence and direct experience, sometimes to the point of being mugged by reality, many libs will twist themselves into gordian knots of pretzel logic to rationalize, and explain away the failures and disasters of the people and things they support as the fault of their political enemies or just “bad luck.” Some, like Naomi Wolf and for sure David Horowitz and David Mamet among others will gradually, if not all at once, have one event make the scales fall from their eyes.
We’ll see if what happened in Israel has a salutary effect on some of these people. Of course the still functioning and powerful propaganda machine and more crucially a completely rogue brainwashing leviathan formerly known as American academia is working at fever pitch to keep the true believers believing despite what the latter sees with their lying eyes.
Almost as chilling as the images coming from the massacre sites in Israel have been the words from college campuses around the country. We have mind-numbed American youth to such an extent that they don’t even have the decency to claim that Israel faked the atrocities, yet are applauding them and calling them justified.
It’s a very short trip from shouting down lecturers whose messages you don’t want to hear, to serving eviction notices to Jewish students to beating them up on campus, to things like the Knockout Game all the way up to Al Sharpton inciting a pogrom in Williamsburg. That shit is not only here but in the wake of George Floyd has become out of control, and not merely against Jews. Hello, churches, GOP campaign offices and crisis pregnancy centers. It is gratifying to know that the FBI and DOJ are on the case – investigating the victims at the behest of the Biden Junta, of course.
In any case Black Lives Matter, an actual terrorist organization, or at minimum terrorist-adjacent and supporting organization, has received billions of dollars from private citizens all the way up to multinational corporations. All of it based on a blood libel that America is structurally racist, and in the wake of some waste-of-life who happened to black that died while resisting arrest. And that same organization has come out in solidarity with the butchering of innocents based on the blood libel that they were guilty of being “colonizers.” Many of these same corporations who were quick to denounce America, police and whites as well as rush to defense of Ukraine are now oddly silent about Israel.
I bring up BLM and its solidarity with Hamas only insofar as to say that the intentional balkanization of this country is going one day unleash a Hamas-like assault right here in the formerly United States of America. Ironically, like what Stalin did to the most loyal Bolsheviks after he took total control, the Islamos will “necklace” every black they see. Muslim loathing of blacks makes the KKK resemble the NAACP in comparison. And yet so many become converts. In a word “dumb.”

As chapters of the MSA and Students for Justice in Palestine (SJP) openly endorse Hamas’ atrocities, the rapes and murders, the exchange foreshadowed what was to come.
The MSA member had said out loud what few were willing to say back then. College campuses tolerated, defended and accepted hate groups like the MSA and SJP and now they say it openly.
The video of David Horowitz asking Jumanah Imad Albahri the one question that really mattered went viral all over again because it is still the fundamentally defining question that explains not only the crimes of Hamas, but the pro-Hamas rallies in American cities and colleges.
Are you for a second Holocaust or against it? On campuses across the country, students who have been indoctrinated and brainwashed, Muslim and non-Muslim, are answering, “yes”.
