Good morning, kids. There are many to choose from, but if you had to pick one particular city to be the poster child for squalor, destruction, criminality, corruption and leftist policies that have lain waste to whole swathes of our nations’ cities, it has to be Chicago. And yet . . . 

“What we’ve seen is a very raggedy form of right-wing extremism”‘ the mayor said. “Everyone knows that the right-wing extremism in this country has targeted democratically run cities, and quite frankly, they have been quite intentional about going after democratically ran cities that are led by people of color.” The mayor even said that such “right-wing extremists” aim to create “division and chaos because that is what that particular political party has been about.” “It is the same party that wouldn’t accept that President Obama was actually an American. It’s the same Republican right-wing extremism that stormed the capital, it’s the same right-wing extremism that refuses to accept the results of the civil war. It’s raggedy. It’s disrespectful. It’s mean-spirited,” he said. “It is abysmal and it is an affront to everything that is good about this country for the extremism in this country to use people as political tools to settle political scores for something that happened over 400 years ago. They’re still mad that a black man is free in this country,” he added. Right-wing extremists were not the only scapegoats employed during the mayor’s press conference. According to the Daily Mail, Johnson also blamed his predecessor, Democrat Mayor Lori Lightfoot, claiming that he inherited her mess. 

If it weren’t so disgustingly pathetic, it would be comical. The last Republican mayor of Chicago was Big Bill Thompson who left office in . . . 1931. It’s been a rigged town ever since and as such the running joke of American politics. Except since 2020 “the Chicago way” is now the American way, vis a vis rigged elections and all the rest of it. City government is controlled by or operates at the behest of a coalition of blacks and latinos along with the usual gang of Maoist eggheads from Hyde Park and the South Shore. 

Between a weekly body count that would make Al Capone flinch, sanctuary policies that are flooding the Windy City with illegal aliens out the wah-zoo and a tax base that is abandoning it for greener (in the non environmentalist wacko sense) pastures, Chicago is basically Gaza on Lake Michigan. 

And this incompetent, sub-literate braying jackass is shrieking about “right wing extremists” causing all of the problems? In any case, I thought a non-existent criminal justice system and sanctuary policies for illegal aliens were the solutions. I’m so confused. All things considered, given what’s going on in the world on top of the destruction of American society, I’m surprised he didn’t blame the Jews. After all, Chicago is home to Jeremiah Wright, Jesse Jackson and Calypso Louis. 

Listen, Brandon (how appropriate a name), you and yours are responsible for the “paradise on earth” that is Chicago. You’re a failure. Worse, a disaster. And yet you blood libel your political opposites who have had zero hand in grinding Chicago into the ground. It’s beyond pathetic, but here’s the thing. If he really wanted to solve the city’s problems the solution is dead easy: Do the exact opposite of what you, your predecessors and your entire party and political movement have been doing and promoting. 

Of course, this is akin to asking the proverbial leopard to change its spots. Or Muslims to reject the Koran. * * * * *

Speaking of rigged political machines, with the world on the verge of collapsing in on top of us, let’s not forget the first domino to fall.

House Speaker Mike Johnson’s release of more video and cell phone tapes from January 6 shows further evidence that the “insurrection” on that day was a federal setup. It’s more evidence to add to the known fact that, in the lead-up to January 6, then-Speaker Nancy Pelosi refused to have extra security. This knowledge leads to a bigger question that no one, Left, Right, or Center, seems to be asking: Why?

Why wouldn’t Pelosi want to be sure that “democracy was secure” so that Vice President Mike Pence could certify the Electoral College vote? Ensuring that the Capitol was safe and sound would mean that Joe Biden’s presidency would be assured. After all, the election of 2020 was “the most secure in American history,” so why wouldn’t you want that obvious fact certified and rubber-stamped by Congress?

The only obvious answer to why Pelosi wanted to guarantee a riotous breach of the Capitol was what she knew would be the actual results of the Electoral College vote if the process were allowed to run its course. Senators Ted Cruz and Josh Hawley, among others, had previously made noise about challenging election results in several swing states. And despite what many have debated, there was tangible potential for Pence to delay certification for a couple of weeks to look into the evidence of significant vote-tampering and fraud.

How do we know that the vice president had the authority to stop the certification? Well, because the ability for the position of vice president to do just that was changed by a vote of Congress relatively recently after the events of January 6. Why would you change something that did not need to be changed?

So, at the time, Pelosi knew that halting proceedings would lead to an investigation. And an investigation would lead to the entire mainstream media being forced to address, albeit reluctantly, all those questions. What actually transpired over the three additional days of counting in the 2020 Election would be exposed. And the narrative of the most secure election in American history would crumble in front of the eyes of everybody in this country and across the globe. . . 

. . . With each passing day, it is becoming increasingly apparent that the two biggest blemishes recently on America as a great and free nation are the stolen presidential election of 2020 and the subsequent incarceration of those patriots who exercised their guaranteed First Amendment right to free speech to contest it. The election tampering advanced the Left’s directive of “fundamental transformation” of the country, which included imprisonment without bail or trial of those with whom the tyrannical administration disagreed. . . 

. . . Unless the country itself can see that the Left’s January 6, 2021, narrative was and is a smoke screen for the real insurrection of November 3, 2020, America will need to brace itself for a repeat performance of that nefarious action on November 5, 2024.

With the mass media still a rather effective gatekeeper and preserver of the approved narratives, along with the push to completely muzzle all voices contra those narratives, it’s a bit of a minor miracle that trust in media is at an all time low across the political landscape. Sunlight is the best disinfectant. 

What does indeed happen a year from now will be interesting to say the least
