I agree with your assessment about male authors. The books out there by most women are atrocious. I have gotten to the point where I won’t even look at or consider a book that is written by someone with a female name unless I know of her. The one’s who just use initials I’m leery of too although it could very well be men trying to hide their identities so people will publish and read them. This new wave feminism has had the opposite affect on me than was intended. As a woman I am actually more likely to take a man’s side on just about anything. Don’t get me started on the Federal bureaucracy….🤬🤯
