The Morning Report 8/28/19

Good morning, kids. Midweek, so here we go. The big story down at the border and behind our lines is the battle over the Trump’s nixing of the insane Flores Agreement that unleashed so-called migrant families into the country after only 20 days of detention, and then in effect disappear for good so they could register Democrat and get on the dole. 20 Democrat-controlled states are suing to block the administration, while taking to the airwaves and the halls of Congress to hurl the usual lies and distortions in the continuing effort to destroy our national identity. Ex-ICE assistant chief Tom Homan was on Fox News where he blasted them for the continued false narratives about separating children from parents, inhumane conditions and on and on. And no wonder the Dems are freaking out over this. Despite the ponderously slow construction of the border wall, when it’s moving forward at all, it’s these efforts plus enforcement of our laws to begin with and the message that at least this administration is absolutely serious about getting a handle on who is coming into this country that has seen a definite cut in the flow of illegal invaders jumping the border (per the link at the Free Beacon).

Of course, that news is tempered by reports of now a fifth illegal alien arrested this month in Montgomery County, MD on rape charges, a Mexican national convicted of illegally voting (multiply that by perhaps thousands who are not caught), DHS malfeasance in letting illegal alien criminals to roam freely among us and it’s one step forward, two-and-a-half back. And last but not least, we have the Castro brothers, no not Fidel and Raul but Julian and Joaquin though you could be pardoned for getting it wrong since ideologically they’re singing from the same hymnal, introducing legislation to outlaw the usage of the term “illegal alien” and have it stricken from all our laws. Always remember, when they control the language they control us.

Anyway, links from around the world, across the nation and up your street. Have a better one and remain blessed.
