Susan Rice is a vile human being (and I am being generous), and the fact that she has returned to power as one of the puppeteers manipulating Joe Biden is suggestive of Obama’s control, or at least influence over the structure of the pretend administration.
And prescient as ever, Orwell’s warning about language and words being tools of oppression needs to be revisited. “Equity” is the buzz word, but as is their wont, the Democrat/Socialist apparatus manipulates the language, so a seemingly innocuous word becomes a symbol of evil.
“Equity” and “Equality” sound similar, so they must be pretty close…right? Not when it tumbles out of her bile and vitriol-spewing maw. “Equity” is nothing more than affirmative action, with the added bludgeon of direct government action in support of marginalizing Whites and other perceived-as-successful groups. And by marginalizing I mean penalizing.
“Equity” is not equality (i.e., equal rights). It is a substitute for equal rights. “Equity” requires the authorities to determine who gets what according to the race, the ethnicity, or other status of the beneficiaries. It is updated Marxist claptrap in which race replace class.
The contrast with President Trump’s efforts over the last four years is stark. He aggressively fought for equality of opportunity, and carefully favored only one group: Americans. Removing language rules and insane race training from federal departments made clear that we are one people, and that we rise and fall within our society on the strength or weakness of our drive and tenacity and effort and intelligence…not based on our melanin or ethnicity.
What a naïf! He actually believed the rhetoric of a few dead White men:
