Good morning kids, Let’s start off with this . . . Federal judge James Boasberg advised Chief Justice John Roberts and some two dozen other judges that his D.C. colleagues were “concern[ed] that the Administration would disregard rulings of federal courts leading to a constitutional crisis,” according to a memorandum obtained exclusively by The Federalist. That…
Good morning kids, Yet again the revolting combination of Democrat/Leftist chutzpocrisy, outright incitement and cognitive dissonance reveals itself in this combination of links this morning. First up we have During a recent appearance on MSNBC’s “Velshi,” MSNBC contributor Joyce Vance, also a law professor at the University of Alabama, argued that Immigration and Customs Enforcement…
Good morning kids, a few things in today’s compilation of links that are worthy of note. To the courts we go where it’s still a bit of a mixed bag. On a positive note: The Supreme Court issued a 6-3 ruling on Monday allowing President Donald Trump’s Department of Education to resume efforts to slash…
Good morning kids, Happy Bastille Day, Le Quatorze Juillet en Francais. Good morning kids, As I have said many times and as is clearly demonstrated by today’s links across several categories, they want us dead or otherwise disposed of. As Rush Limbaugh of blessed memory would say, in a more anodyne but no less accurate way, it’s not that they want to level the playing field,…
Good morning kids, Of course the big story is the massive flooding in Texas that so far has claimed the lives of some 70 people, including 5 children from a Christian summer camp, and with search and rescue operations still ongoing, the death toll is likely to rise. For all of you and your loved…
Good morning kids, and let me wish all of you a happy Independence Day and God bless America on its 249th birthday. Of course the top story of the day is the passage of this so-called Big Beautiful Bill by the House. And President Trump is set to sign it into law some time today….
