We’re back with Season 2! CBD and J.J. discuss: the horrendous Gestapo-like raid on Mar-a-Lago, the political ramifications for the midterms and ’24, how do we defeat the Leviathan, prospects for turning disaffected Dems into MAGAs, the lack of pizza, bagels and a decent museum in shiksa-land and more!

  1. Thanks for the great podcasts, guys. I’ve also enjoyed your “guest” podcasters.

The podcast format is great in that I can often have it on in the background while I’m working and sort of soak it in. Love the posts and comments at AoS, but that format also requires the time to read and absorb, and once in a blue moon, comment.

Keep up the good work, and thanks for what you do.

  2. Glad you enjoy the format. We are doing it on a shoestring, so sometimes the audio quality isn’t the best, but it is quite fun to do and I agree, our guests are fascinating. We are trying to book some sane leftists, but that is problematic for the obvious reasons!

  3. Thanks guys, the sound quality is great, the bumper music well chosen, and the Single Ukrainian Women advertiser is appreciated! Keep it up!

  4. It is always a pleasure to hear you fellows. I “made aliyah” to America myself from New York 18 months ago and jj, you were reading my mail when you lamented how New York City has changed since September 11th. As you were talking, I kept saying yes yes,! that is exactly how I felt. Really a horrible crime what they’ve done to Metropolis, which really belonged to all Americans.

Just a friendly Amendment or comment. I am of the same generation as you gentlemen and all of us grew up thinking of the government as something we referred to as “we,” as in “We” have invaded or “We” have made such and such policy decisions.

We have to stop saying “we” about this regime.

Just like we have to stop calling privileges “freedoms” and remember that freedom is indivisible and singular.

You are either free or you are not and it really bothers me when I hear conservatives refer to our “freedoms.” If you think that through, you will see how the left has shifted our thinking away from Freedom and into a collection of privileges that they and their myrmidons are free to revoke or grant at will.

Enjoy Wisconsin and put the brakes on the leftism there! I moved to the mountains of Tennessee and although it is sweet here I have had to go through some grieving for losing New York City, which I lived in for 38 years. But I am the stormy petrel from NYC, alighting on this branch to warn the locals: The storm is coming. Prepare.

  5. Beverly:

I am still finding it very hard to adjust and perhaps I never will. That’s not to say that life will not be good; I think it will. But you can take the kid out of Brooklyn . . .

That said, I am pining for something that no longer exists. Like the death of a loved one, you grieve but you have to move on.

And you are right. THEY did this to US. “Vayr-ge-hargit” to them all, as we say in French.

  6. JJ, CBD, all; Please carve out the time, even in snatches, to listen to this interview … the whole thing is completely shocking.

Dr Alexander was tapped by the Trump Administration in 2020 as their pandemic advisor and he went to Washington. But it did not work out at all like it does in the Jimmy Stewart movie. In fact he got sucked into Hell and saw, firsthand and behind the scenes, what President Trump was battling with constantly throughout his term.

We don’t know the half of it.

It also explains why the President did Operation Warp Speed, and why some other things happened that baffled us.

  7. I hope you fellows can disseminate this critical interview. The DC situation is far more dire than even I thought, and I have not been sanguine.
